Quy Nhon listed in ICCA’s destinations for int’l conferences

Quy Nhon city, the hub of Binh Dinh province, has been listed for the first time by as one of popular venues for international conferences in 2018.

The participants are taking a photo together when attending a scientific conference in Quy Nhon.

The 2018 report was announced by the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA), ranking 658 hosting cities of 168 countries.

Vietnam has 4 cities, including Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang and Quy Nhon, listed in the report in which the country is ranked 50th globally and 14th in Asia – Pacific.

A total of 57 international conferences took place in Vietnam last year, including 12 scientific events organized by the Recontres du Vietnam in Quy Nhon.

ICCA was founded in 1963 by a group of travel agents to exchange information on international congresses and conventions. It is headquartered in Amsterdam (the Netherlands).
