Pavements and parks in Dap Da and Binh Dinh towns are awash with various yellow flowers, including chrysanthemum, marigold and apricot blossom, which are on sale to serve customers in the locality and neighboring provinces.

In addition to shopping and redecorating houses, locals tend to display a flower pot in their house as it is considered an age-old tradition of the central region’s residents.

Apart from yellow flowers, kumquat and dragon fruit bonsai trees as well as orchids also contribute to diversifying flower products for Tet.

Some growers of chrysanthemum said that the supply of flowers this year increased substantially due to favorable weather conditions. The quality is also better than that seen last year, but prices of chrysanthemum remain unchanged.
