“Red Journey” returns to Binh Dinh

With the theme “Blood drops of martial art land’”, this year’s national blood donation campaign “Hanh Trinh Do” (Red Journey) was kicked off at the Binh Dinh provincial Cultural Center on July 1.

This has been the fifth voluntary blood drives held in Binh Dinh. Previously, Binh Dinh has always collected surpassing target blood donation.

Deputy head of the campaign's organising board Tran Ngoc Que said Binh Dinh has years of experience and careful preparation, he believed that this year’s campaign in Binh Dinh will be successful.

To date, 1,025 blood units were collected from the youth and other volunteers.

This year’s campaign has been held across 26 provinces and cities nationwide.

During previous 12 provinces and cities, the campaign have collected over 12,515 blood units.
