Thuan Nghia Cooperative benefits from safe vegetable project

The sustainable rural livelihood project (phase 2) has supported Tay Son district's Thuan Nghia Cooperative to train local farmers in growing safe vegetables under VietGAP standard, according to Director of Thuan Nghia Cooperative Quach Van Cau.

The project has also funded over VND190 million to buy new trucks for the delivery of vegetables  to supermarkets and safe vegetable – labeled stalls in the province.

It has helped to develop the relevant infrastructure, such as rural roads, electric grids, tools and machinery for growing safe vegetables.
