Wilmar Marketing CLV seeks investment opportunities in Binh Dinh

The Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Phan Cao Thang on the afternoon of March 17 had a meeting with a delegation of Wilmar Marketing CLV belongs to Singapore-based Wilmar International Limited led by its General Manager Nguyen Thinh Phu who find opportunity to establish a soybean oil refinery plant in Binh Dinh.


Wilmar International Limited operates in the field of trading of agro-food products, producing of palm oil, cooking oil and lipid products. The group has 4 factories and 4 representative offices located in Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam's provinces and cities.

Wilmar International Limited plans to build a soybean oil refinery plant with a total fund of nearly VND30 million on an area of 10 hectares in Industrial Zone A of Nhon Hoi Economic Zone.

If the provincial authorities approves, Wilmar International Limited is expected to carry out further research on mechanisms, policies, locations and building feasibility studies.

The Vice Chairman welcomed the delegation of Wilmar International Limited and pledged to create the best possible conditions for the investor. He also asked leaders of the provincial Economic Zone Management Board and the provincial Department of Planning and Investment to assist investors promoting the project.
