Over 620,000 visitors flocking to Binh Dinh in July

The central province of Binh Dinh welcome more than 620,000 tourists in July, a rise of 2 percent against the same period last year, according to the Tourism Department’s statistics.

The increase of the number of visitors has brought an revenue of 760 billion VND (32,500 USD) for the province.

In total, the local tourism sector has seen nearly 1.82 million visitors in the first 7 months of this year, meeting 58.6 percent of the target.

The province’s Quy Nhon City is one of popular destinations in the country in the past 2 months.

However, due to the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic, many tourists sites in Binh Dinh were forced to close until further notices since July 31.
