At the meeting with provincial Vice Chairman Ho Quoc Dung, GIZ’s experts presented solutions and plan to implement the drainage and anti-submergence system in Binh Dinh.

Under the plan, GIZ will be in charge of 3 missions: supporting the provincial People’s Committee to check and adjust the action plan for dealing with climate change in urban submergence, drawing an overall plan for the drainage system in Quy Nhon, and assisting the Committee in managing disaster risks.

GIZ had also carried out the similar project in 9 provinces.
