Binh Dinh holds "Students with nation's sea and islands 2017" festival

Nearly 150 students from six universities and colleges in the province participated in the "Students with nation's sea and islands 2017" festival which was held from March 18 to 19 in Nhon Chau island commune (Quy Nhon city) by the Binh Dinh provincial Youth Union and Vietnam National Union of Students. 

The festival included meaningful activities, such as: repairing the national flagpole; planting trees and cleaning up along the beach; taking part in the competition of building models on the sand to propagate the nation's sea and islands; joining exercise games and "Blue sea dance" competition; exchange with soldiers in campfire.

On this occasion, the provincial Youth Union signed a coordinated program to help Nhon Chau commune authorities build new-style rural areas, donating a set of computer, installing ten public garbage cans, offering 20 scholarships to poor but outstanding students.
